What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned student enquiries from first message through to booking.
• Guide students through the accommodation booking journey, providing consultative support to ensure they choose suitable options.
• Manage bookings end-to-end, including follow-ups, documentation, and payment processing.
• Ensure all enquiries are handled promptly according to defined workflows and SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and internal systems.
• Share feedback to help optimize internal processes and the overall student experience.

Requirements

• Must be a Bahraini National.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role (internships and placements considered).
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over the booking process.

• Personal experience of studying abroad.
• Professional background in education, hospitality, travel, or service industries.
