What you will do
- Handle incoming student enquiries via live chat and digital channels, providing immediate and accurate responses.
- Qualify leads based on student needs and readiness to progress them toward bookings.
- Maintain a professional, student-first tone while guiding users through pricing, locations, and booking steps.
- Capture accurate student information and preferences within CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal tools and AI-supported systems to manage high volumes of interactions.
- Provide feedback to improve internal workflows, scripts, and the overall student experience.
Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a Bahraini national.
- Up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, chat, or support role.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following defined processes.
- Proficiency with digital tools, chat platforms, or CRM systems.
Nice to have
- Experience of having studied abroad.
- Professional background in education, hospitality, travel, or general services.
