What you will do

• Apply quantitative techniques to solve business problems, including research, development, and implementation of new models and solutions.
• Design, develop, and support quantitative research frameworks using C++, Python, and domain-specific languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, trading desks, technology, and risk to support initiatives and strategic decision-making.
• Participate in technical design and development of global team’s quantitative research systems, notebooks, and products.
• Conduct research, prepare presentations and reports, and implement findings with senior management.
• Engage in training, mentoring junior colleagues, and developing training materials.

Requirements

• Completed or final year of undergraduate/postgraduate in technical discipline: Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other STEM subjects.
• Mathematical and programming skills, ideally in C/C++ or Python.
• Logical thinking, creative problem-solving, and interest in machine architecture, software infrastructure, testing methodologies.
• Good communication skills, ability to work autonomously and as a team player in a global group.
• Location: Onsite in Prague.
