What you will do

• Design and develop scalable full-stack hirify.global applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Build and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise solutions utilizing MuleSoft and API-led architecture.
• Implement intelligent agents using hirify.global Agentforce to drive efficiency and innovation at scale.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate delivery and ensure high code quality.
• Orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance while maintaining shared system context for AI reliability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in hirify.global and full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Must be based in Mexico City for hybrid work.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills to create production-ready and secure AI outputs.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Experience with MuleSoft and API-led development.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Data Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
