What you will do

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications on the hirify.global platform.
• Architect full stack solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and modern web technologies.
• Design and implement API-led integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise platforms.
• Build and scale AI-powered agents and solutions using Agentforce.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical strategy and system architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and champion SDLC best practices and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in hirify.global development including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Demonstrated AI-first approach to engineering, using tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with MuleSoft API-led architecture and hirify.global Data Cloud.
• hirify.global certifications, specifically Platform Developer II.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps automation tools.
