What you will do
- Develop, test, and refine data collection tools, and manage data entry into M&E databases.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using tools such as SPSS, Excel, STATA, or DHIS2.
- Configure and set up Android and iOS devices, including MDM enrollment and app management.
- Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting, and training to field staff on digital health platforms.
- Maintain a precise inventory of digital devices, accessories, and software licenses.
- Support the upload and quality review of field data to central databases.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Public Health Informatics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Development Studies.
- Must be based in Liberia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with data analysis software such as SPSS or STATA.
- Experience with mobile data collection tools like KoboToolbox or ODK.
- Knowledge of DHIS2 or similar health information systems.
- Basic knowledge of Android device configuration and MDM tools (Google Workspace, Intune).
