What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end training pipelines for generative video and image models.
• Develop complex data pipelines to transform raw inputs into high-quality annotated datasets.
• Optimize models for speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build tools and frameworks to accelerate the training, evaluation, and deployment of large-scale models.
• Collaborate with scraping, annotation, product, and design teams.
• Improve model performance to beat public benchmarks such as LMArena and Artificial Analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record of training and deploying ML models into production.
• Expertise in large-scale vision systems, particularly diffusion models, NLP, or multimodal systems.
• Hands-on experience with distributed training and multi-GPU systems.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, Accelerate, and Ray.
• Strong skills in the evaluation of complex ML systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
