What you will do

• Own and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all employee lifecycle processes are compliant and efficient.
• Administer HR documentation and statutory records in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Manage legal onboarding and contract preparation for new hires.
• Coordinate relocation processes for international employees, including local compliance and legal integration.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for labor law matters and employee relations.
• Collaborate with leadership and external advisors to align HR practices with local legislation and global standards.

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience in HR Operations specifically within Kazakhstan.
• Deep practical knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Proven track record in HR documentation, contract administration, and personnel record management.
• Experience with the relocation and employment of foreign nationals in Kazakhstan.
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh is required.
• Resilience and ability to work in a high-intensity, always-on startup environment.
