What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end sales by identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with B2B partners and vendors.
  • Own post-sale account management to ensure product adoption, expansion, and long-term client success.
  • Manage day-to-day vendor relations, resolving operational issues and negotiating terms.
  • Partner with product and leadership teams to design tailored solutions and drive revenue impact.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Develop a repeatable playbook for B2B sales and account management as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and account management with measurable results.
  • Experience managing vendor-heavy relationships at scale.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and closing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work on-site in the Almaty office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Big3/Big4 consulting or similar top-tier professional backgrounds.
  • Previous experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products.
  • Background in early-stage, fast-scaling startups.
  • Existing network of enterprise clients or vendors within the SaaS/AI ecosystems.
