What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to design recruitment strategies aligned with business growth across international locations.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for all levels, from talent mapping and sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies and build global talent pipelines using networking and market insights.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices and ensure excellent candidate experiences.
  • Act as employer brand ambassador through storytelling and talent market engagement.
  • Analyze metrics and trends to optimize hiring effectiveness and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in senior/partner roles with global scope.
  • Experience as internal recruiter in SaaS or IT environments; agency-only less preferred.
  • Proven hiring of senior/executive talent across geographies.
  • Fluency in French and English mandatory.
  • Expertise in ATS, HR tech, global sourcing, and data analysis.
