What you will do

• Lead strategic planning processes at the business unit and department level, including bi-annual planning and monthly reporting.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to execution, including risk and change control.
• Moderate Strategy Board and Management meetings and maintain detailed documentation.
• Serve as the central interface for stakeholders and various departments to resolve issues.
• Optimize PMO processes, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or management consulting.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Proven experience building relationships with C-level and senior management.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel regularly to other company offices.
