What you will do

• Lead and mentor direct reports, including project and program managers, supporting their ongoing career development.
• Manage end-to-end execution of multiple complex projects using Oracle ERP, ensuring accurate forecasting and billing.
• Accountable for project portfolios to remain within budget and on time while meeting key performance objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize resourcing for product development from inception to hand-off.
• Identify and implement business process improvements for PMO tools and procedures across the enterprise.
• Support the commercial team in assessing new opportunities and developing technical quotes for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the medical products industry and 4 years in project management.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, and MDD quality and regulatory system requirements.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
• Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and coach other professionals.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
