What you will do

• Manage Patient Support Programs by liaising with key stakeholders and coordinating services.
• Facilitate the seamless enrollment of eligible patients through education and guidance.
• Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records in compliance with project standards and SOPPs.
• Conduct site visits to healthcare providers and pharmacies to support program implementation.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, patient numbers, and quality assurance metrics.
• Monitor and report adverse events or product complaints in line with pharmacovigilance requirements.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in a medical background or social work.
• 0-1 year of experience in healthcare, scientific fields, or NGOs.
• Proven experience in customer service management.
• Flexibility for frequent travel and adaptable working hours.
