What you will do

• Organize and support the FAI process and production control.
• Conduct inspections of production processes and monitor key quality indicators.
• Analyze inconsistencies, prepare reports, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Create regulatory documentation and define processes to ensure stable team functioning.
• Manage, mentor, and set clear KPIs for the quality team.
• Support continuous system improvements and lead quality-related meetings.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in standardization or quality systems.
• More than 2 years of work experience in quality management systems (QMS).
• Experience working with regulatory documentation such as GOST, DSTU, and ISO.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of European and Turkish legislation, standards, and rules related to quality management systems.
