What you will do

• Analyze DKMS system architecture to identify weaknesses in website structure, server stability, and AI performance.
• Maintain the back-end CMS as the primary portal for managing knowledge assets and repository data.
• Develop and maintain the front-end to improve accessibility for local governments and the public.
• Configure and update Google Gemini as the core AI engine for search and document summarization.
• Update the DKMS Roadmap 2030, projecting future AI technology and hardware/software needs.
• Coordinate platform integration with relevant ministries and agencies for sustainable institutionalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in managerial positions and project management.
• Technical and theoretical expertise in AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Experience in disaster knowledge management system development.
• Must be based in or work onsite at the BNPB Office in Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) on disaster knowledge management projects.
• Relevant professional certifications in IT or AI.
