What you will do

• Design and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform (IaC).
• Deploy and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes (EKS and on-premises).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management and access control.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams within an Agile framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing production-grade Kubernetes.
• Deep expertise in AWS services including VPC, IAM, EKS, and Route 53.
• Strong Linux systems administration and networking (TCP/IP, DNS) knowledge.
• Proficiency in scripting with Go, Python, or Bash.
• Location: Must be based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Nice to have

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
