What you will do

  • Design, implement, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
  • Define and lead the overall infrastructure strategy, architecture, and scalability planning.
  • Architect and manage secure, scalable systems on AWS and GCP, focusing on cost optimization.
  • Implement comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for full operational visibility.
  • Recruit, mentor, and scale the infrastructure team, defining responsibilities and delegating tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with product needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong practical experience architecting AWS infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, databases).
  • Proficiency with Terraform (IaC), Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm in production environments.
  • Programming experience in at least one language, such as Python.
  • Fluent English proficiency and location in Moldova are required.

Nice to have

  • Practical experience with GCP.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or NewRelic.
