What you will do

• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy high-impact features and experiments.
• Design, develop, test, and monitor code in production autonomously and reliably.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to frame and execute technical projects.
• Analyze business requirements to provide relevant and scalable technical solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on new technologies and propose architectural improvements to the engineering process.

Requirements

• Strong programming abilities with a focus on architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Familiarity with high-throughput distributed systems and processing large amounts of data.
• Analytical mindset with a preference for proving ideas through experimentation before full development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse global team.
• Experience with multiple shipped software engineering projects.
• Knowledge of production practices including release, observability, and troubleshooting.
