What you will do

• Own full P&L for Thailand business including revenue growth, cost discipline, and profitability.
• Build and run local operations, structure, and execution model to capture the market.
• Develop and execute Thailand-specific business plan aligned with global strategy.
• Build and lead teams in marketing, PR, support, and operations.
• Drive growth through partnerships, platforms, and ecosystem relationships.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to localize platform for Thai regulations and customers.

Requirements

• Strong background in technology, digital platforms, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of commercial outcomes with data-backed judgment.
• Experience building and leading teams in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort in ambiguity, quick decision-making under pressure.
• Deep understanding of Thailand market required.
