What you will do

• Plan, direct, and supervise all testing tasks through detailed test plans and approaches.
• Design and develop test specifications and test data.
• Assess and integrate test results with comprehensive reporting.
• Ensure appropriate testing activities across various test types and levels.
• Improve testing processes and promote test automation.
• Assist in establishing and enhancing test teams.

Requirements

• Excellent German and English language skills
• Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Test Manager.
• Strong expertise in banking and insurance industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, database technologies, and configuration management.
• Strong familiarity with agile models such as SCRUM or Kanban.
• ISTQB Advanced-Level certification.
