What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features to improve user experience and support product goals.
• Maintain and enhance existing functionality for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate ideas and feedback into technical solutions.
• Contribute to backend and frontend codebases, investigate bugs, and implement fixes.
• Incorporate user insights to evolve the product and contribute ideas for user satisfaction and business goals.
• Review engineering processes, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go).
• Experience with web technologies, cloud infrastructure, scalable backend systems, and API development.
• Comfortable with agile workflows, collaborative development, debugging complex systems, and writing clean code.
