What you will do

• Lead technical alignment and data synchronization between hirify.global and Book Creator platforms to integrate global toolsets.
• Own end-to-end CRM transitions by writing custom migration scripts and ensuring full data integrity.
• Develop and maintain the Internal Admin Control Panel to optimize account management workflows.
• Build complex API integrations to connect financial systems, CRM, and core databases.
• Optimize database architecture and write advanced SQL queries for reporting and support teams.
• Leverage AI and modern engineering tools to automate the Purchase Order (PO) process and remove administrative bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering or technical operations focusing on internal tools.
• Expert-level ability to write complex SQL queries and manage relational schemas.
• Proficiency in modern coding languages for API integrations (Ruby on Rails is a bonus).
• Experience with ETL processes and data mapping for large-scale system migrations.
• Demonstrated success leading high-impact technical projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Auckland, New Zealand.
