GenAI/LLM Engineer (AI): Designing and developing LLM-based solutions and RAG pipelines with an accent on fine-tuning models and production integration. Focus on building scalable AI systems using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
GenAI/LLM Engineer [Middle/Senior]
Location: Remote (CET Timezone)
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop LLM-based solutions (chatbots, copilots, assistants)
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines (retrieval, embeddings, reranking)
- Work with LLM APIs and open-source models (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.)
- Fine-tune models and improve performance (LoRA / prompt engineering)
- Integrate GenAI solutions into production systems
- Collaborate with data engineers and product teams
- Ensure scalability, reliability and quality of AI systems
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in ML / NLP / AI
- Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM solutions
- Experience with RAG evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval)
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
- Experience with OpenAI API or open-source LLMs
- Understanding of LLM evaluation and prompt engineering
- English level: B2+
