What you will do

• Define and execute a scalable IT strategy and long-term roadmap to drive global growth.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary organization including Business Applications, Data & Architecture, Information Security, and AI initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to integrate IT priorities with company goals.
• Oversee the development of digital capabilities, automation, and resilient cloud-first infrastructure.
• Direct the total IT budget and manage strategic global vendor partnerships.

Requirements

• Solid experience in IT leadership with a proven ability to manage other managers.
• Deep understanding of modern business applications and their role in business architecture.
• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Modern technical mindset with an active interest in latest technology developments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tampere, Finland.

Nice to have

• Experience in companies with physical products or manufacturing (machinery, industrial sectors).
• Background in global companies with centrally managed IT serving international markets.
• Experience in cross-functional steering groups for supply chain or sales operations.
