Documentation Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Create and maintain MPI and StAr product master data for the Product Line.
• Handle central ECOs for packing methods and outline packing changes across business lines.
• Maintain raw material and spare part master data in SAP and MPI according to guidelines.
• Perform data corrections following Data Quality Check (DQC) reports from GMDM.
• Support production in resolving MES issues for WT, PA, AS, FT, and PK processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new application functionalities and support data migration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology or Computer Science is an advantage).
• 0-2 years of experience in product data management, SAP MM, or industrial computer software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Product BOM and IC manufacturing process flow.
