What you will do
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinate company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience with Cisco.
- Experience in IT distribution and local market knowledge.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
- Customer-first mentality and ability to leverage relationships to drive results.
- Self-motivated team player.
