What you will do

• Develop statistically driven and AI-enhanced forecasting models to improve responsiveness and accuracy.
• Manage 3PL providers and contract manufacturers to ensure production targets, quality standards, and seamless fulfillment.
• Establish and monitor key departmental KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, and Plan Adherence.
• Coordinate global inventory replenishment to maintain high service levels and product availability.
• Create detailed capacity models to identify bottlenecks and recommend resource allocations.
• Oversee end-to-end supply of raw materials to eliminate production downtime.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• B.Sc in Industrial Engineering is a must.
• Proven experience in AI implementations and analyzing complex datasets for demand and capacity forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) and Python.
• Expert-level Excel skills and experience implementing S&OP processes.
• Exceptional English (written and verbal) proficiency.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory strategies.
