Concrete Tower's business unit dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

What you will do

• Develop HSE plans for sites and coordinate between clients, subcontractors, and staff to ensure safety.
• Control HSE systems during manufacturing and construction processes.
• Review project execution, report and investigate HSE cases, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform inspections and audits of subcontractors for HSE agreement compliance.
• Promote HSE best practices, Nordex management system, and environmental process management.

Requirements

• Certified qualification in occupational health and safety.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection.
• Proficient in HSE-specific software.
• Understanding of construction processes, materials, systems, and workflows.
• Knowledge of national HSE regulations, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.
