Location: Hybrid workplace model (2 office days recommended in Vilnius or other European offices)
Salary: €36,600 - €49,500 gross per year

What you will do
- Lead daily global press office operations, responding to reactive issues like product concerns, media scrutiny, and regulatory developments
- Plan strategic responses to emerging business issues and crises, collaborating with Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety
- Track reputation across channels, evaluate press coverage with analytics teams, and provide responses
- Own Q&A messaging for sensitive topics, ensuring consistency across markets
- Manage and develop the Press Officer
- Support wider team on events, executive briefings, and visits as needed
Requirements
- 6+ years in press office (in-house or agency)
- Strategic operator building press office systems and operational excellence
- Solutions-oriented, proactive, calm under pressure with strong news judgement
- Deep experience in messaging for high-stakes/sensitive topics and crisis planning/comms
- Proven media interview management and spokesperson preparation
- Confident cross-functional work in international, fast-paced environment with multi-market/media experience
Nice to have
- Management or people leadership experience
- Background in tech or online environment
- Interest or knowledge of AI in PR/communications
