Financial Market Analyst

TL;DR

Financial Market Analyst (Fintech): Lead production of high-quality market analysis across equities, indices, commodities, FX, and crypto with an accent on technical outlooks, macro narratives, and regulatory compliance. Focus on delivering timely insights for marketing channels, media engagement, and educational content for retail traders.

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hesse / Remote. Flexible working mode. Opportunity to work from almost anywhere in the world for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do

• Produce daily market updates, forward-looking commentary, and thematic research across major asset classes.
• Create written market commentary for websites, social channels, campaigns, and educational content.
• Engage with media as spokesperson for interviews, podcasts, webinars, and respond to enquiries.
• Build relationships with financial journalists and contribute to PR strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Business teams to align insights with objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in financial markets (brokerage, asset management, financial media, or research)
• Proven experience producing market commentary for external audiences
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and multi-asset markets
• Demonstrated experience working with media or acting as spokesperson
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respond quickly to breaking market events
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
