What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term strategy aligned with group objectives, providing leadership to segment leaders and sales teams.
• Drive financial performance including revenue growth, profitability, EBITDA improvement, and capital allocation.
• Lead commercial strategies, market expansion, pricing, key accounts, and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Ensure operational excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment of processes across business units.
• Build and inspire executive teams, foster performance-driven culture, and manage talent development.
• Represent the organization with stakeholders, regulators, and partners, leading transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric.
• Degree in Chemistry, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years’ senior leadership experience in executive or general management roles.
• Proven track record leading complex organizations and delivering financial performance.
• Strong background in B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience with boards, shareholders, and governance structures.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Experience in chemicals, distribution, manufacturing, or FMCG/Food sectors.
