Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid (2-3 days in office). Relocation and immigration support provided for candidates ready to relocate at short notice.

What you will do

• Own and manage the English-speaking World of Tanks community across official platforms.
• Support and engage the Polish community, including players and content creators.
• Act as the voice of the product with deep game knowledge on mechanics, meta, and player behavior.
• Translate sentiment from English and Polish audiences into structured reports with actionable insights.
• Communicate in high-visibility situations like livestreams, presentations, and events.
• Drive engagement through discussions, initiatives, and community activities.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and collaborate cross-functionally for consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1-C2).
• Good working proficiency in Polish (written and spoken).
• Deep practical knowledge of World of Tanks with active gameplay.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in community management, gaming preferred.
• Ability to analyze feedback, produce reports, and track KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for live audiences and high-visibility situations.
• Understanding of PC gaming culture; ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
