TL;DR

Graphic Designer & Digital Production Associate (Digital Production): Assembling emails, CLM assets, and digital content for a pharmaceutical client with an accent on omnichannel delivery and asset optimization. Focus on building responsive email layouts using Knak, editing visual assets via Adobe Creative Suite, and managing project workflows in Jira.

Location: Hybrid (Södertälje, Stockholm). Must reside in Sweden and work from the office 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Assemble emails using the Knak authoring tool and proprietary client systems.
  • Create and optimize CLM (Close Loop Marketing) digital assets using HTML.
  • Produce and edit digital assets, including banners, GIFs, and video content, using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle within Jira, from brief to delivery.
  • Collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams to ensure coherence across digital platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and accelerate production timelines.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sweden with the ability to work hybrid in Stockholm.
  • Swedish native language and business-level written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and JavaScript.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with email building tools and project management systems like Jira.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats for asset development and migration.
  • Proficiency in other Nordic languages.
