What you will do

• Lead and manage the creative team as Group Head, providing art direction, visual strategy, and creative guidance.
• Strengthen creative briefs through research, insights, trend exploration, and develop strong concepts and storyboards.
• Interpret brand and client needs, turning them into executable creative ideas and communicate to the team.
• Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, social media, and production teams on graphic designs, layouts, illustrations, retouching, video editing.
• Coordinate post-production for high-quality motion graphics and animation, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and deadlines.
• Champion creative excellence, share trends, uphold brand guidelines, and maintain quality across all work.

Requirements

• Experience leading creative teams in art direction and visual strategy.
• Skills in graphic design, layouts, illustrations, digital imaging, retouching, video editing, motion graphics.
• Ability to interpret client briefs, develop concepts, storyboards, and ensure brand consistency.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including copywriters and production.
• Focus on delivering high-quality, deadline-compliant creative output.
