What you will do

Analyze business and financial performance via variance analysis on P&L and metrics, preparing summary reports for management.
Collaborate with business and finance teams to consolidate data and identify key drivers.
Participate in financial forecasting, maintaining analysis models and frameworks.
Conduct financial analysis for cross-functional projects like cost-benefit assessments.
Prepare materials for earnings calls, press releases, Q&A, and investor communications.
Track industry trends and financial indicators, summarizing insights for internal use.

Requirements

3–5 years in financial analysis, equity research, or business analysis.
Solid understanding of financial statements with ability to perform basic analysis and interpret trends.
Good written and verbal English communication skills to explain financial concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and information structuring skills.
Proficiency in Excel.
Interest in data and business topics with proactive learning attitude.

Nice to have

Equity research analyst experience (buy-side or sell-side).
Big 4 accounting firms with analysis or industry research exposure.
In-house FP&A or business analysis roles.
Investor relations or earnings call preparation.
Experience with advanced Excel tools.
