Location: Onsite splitting time between Henrietta, NY (client site) and Syracuse, NY facilities. Must be U.S. Person due to ITAR export control requirements.
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly

What you will do
- Answer phone calls, emails, and web requests to address customer inquiries promptly.
- Greet clients professionally and provide administrative support for lab systems.
- Maintain CRM system and process calibration documents for technicians.
- Generate quotes, schedule field service jobs, and handle shipping/receiving.
- Perform collections using accounts receivable system as needed.
Requirements
- 2–5 years relevant experience with high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or electronic/mechanical support highly desired
- Exceptional customer service, phone, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Must be personable and comfortable interacting with clients and co-workers
