What you will do

• Develop and execute communication plans for global procurement initiatives like technology deployments and policy updates.
• Translate complex procurement topics into role-appropriate messaging for corporate, client-facing, and regional audiences.
• Manage SharePoint sites and Knowledge Hub as the single source of truth for procurement materials.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and short-form videos adhering to brand standards.
• Monitor engagement metrics and support insight-driven decisions for change adoption.
• Maintain editorial calendar and ensure alignment with program timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years in corporate communications, change management, or related field in global organization
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations
• Familiarity with structured change management approaches like ADKAR
• Strong analytical skills for engagement metrics and surveys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Exposure to procurement or supplier management
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple initiatives
• Skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud for visual content
