Salary: $157,250 - $185,000

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Architects, building capabilities in quantitative modeling and vertical expertise.
• Design solutions for RFPs including workload assessments, staffing optimization, maintenance programs, and equipment planning.
• Develop data-driven quantitative models for solution design, pricing, and competitiveness using benchmarks and analytics.
• Implement standardized processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and consistency in pursuits.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Costing teams on pursuit strategy and client engagements.
• Participate in client meetings, site walkthroughs, and proposal defenses to build credibility and support wins.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years in facilities management or operational environments.
• Experience developing operations-based solutions for RFPs and service engagements.
• 5+ years leading or mentoring technical/solutioning teams.
• Expertise in workload analysis, staffing models, maintenance strategies, and quantitative decision-making.
• Ability to build structured, repeatable processes and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics (MHE), or life sciences environments.
• Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or reliability engineering.
• Advanced degree (MBA or technical).
