Salary: $46,106 - $68,174 USD (LBR-4 band, subject to taxes)

What you will do

• Lead the Operations team, monitor performance, address shortcomings, and support staff growth and technical development.
• Oversee supply chain, procurement, inventory, fleet, facilities, IT, safety & security, and logistics.
• Chair risk mitigation, strengthen safety protocols, and serve as point of contact for in-country emergencies.
• Lead annual planning, budget development, procurement plans, and OKR setting.
• Coordinate with Programs, Finance, and Global Operations teams for system alignment and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies, timely reporting, and effective resource utilization across units.

Requirements

• Based in Liberia; Liberian nationals only
• MBA, Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics, MPP, or MPH
• Experience developing and implementing operational strategies in complex, low-resource environments
• Proven leadership in procurement, supply chain, logistics, and information systems
• Significant project management experience with cross-site projects and tools

Nice to have

• Experience leading operations teams in health or NGO settings
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in challenging contexts
