What you will do

• Develop React Native architecture and maintain core mobile components.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver product roadmap features from rough specs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to frontend and mobile engineers.
• Solve usability issues and build smooth, pixel-perfect UIs across frontend platforms.
• Engineer new features working seamlessly across web and mobile applications.
• Leverage APIs for integrations with other platforms.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• At least 2 years recent React Native experience.
• At least 7 years commercial JavaScript/TypeScript experience including ES6+, React, React Native, GraphQL.
• Product-minded with commitment to best user experience.
• Understanding of engineering trade-offs, pragmatism over idealism.
• Eager to learn; general knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, Java.
• Experience with AWS, server-side JS (Node.js), event-based/microservices architectures.
• Understanding of Apple Developer standards; published app in Google/Apple stores.
