What you will do

• Serve as primary clinical point of contact with clients and lead internal clinical team meetings.
• Develop study documents, training materials, and monitoring strategies to ensure timelines and quality.
• Drive site feasibility, recruitment/retention strategies, and manage submissions to authorities and ethics committees.
• Oversee eTMF, IP management, data quality, and CAPA implementation with PM, CRAs, and QA.
• Support investigator meetings, audits preparation, business development, and vendor management as needed.
• Handle budgeting, invoicing, resourcing, and escalate performance or compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-8 years clinical research experience with significant clinical monitoring; oncology Phase I in Australia preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service demeanor
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays
