What you will do

• Lead technical architecture and delivery of SAP S/4HANA conversions, RISE migrations, and multi-hyperscaler environments.
• Perform hands-on SAP Basis tasks including builds, installations, upgrades, DMO, OS/DB, and HANA migrations.
• Design and validate high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning across application, database, OS, and infrastructure layers.
• Manage SAP components in complex hybrid and cloud landscapes, delivering across AWS, Azure, and SAP RISE.
• Provide technical leadership in workshops, design reviews, cutover planning, and post-migration stabilization; mentor senior consultants.

Requirements

• 10+ years consulting experience in SAP technical/BASIS roles in complex enterprise environments
• Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA conversions, system migrations, and SAP RISE programs
• Deep hands-on expertise in S/4HANA conversions, DMO migrations, HANA administration, OS/DB migrations, system builds, performance tuning, HA/DR/BCP, networking, and SAP integration
• Extensive hyperscaler migration experience including SAP RISE
• Capability to lead at architecture and technical delivery level
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills to explain complex concepts plainly
• Strong analytical skills, root cause analysis, and collaborative leadership with mentoring experience
