What you will do

• Provide senior-level functional support across SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba modules including Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle.
• Act as escalation point for complex production issues, incidents, and service requests.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in integrated SAP S/4HANA and Ariba environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams on root cause analysis, integrations, enhancements, patching, upgrades, and regression testing.
• Work directly with customers to prioritize outcomes, deliver solutions, and identify process optimizations.
• Prepare documentation, support minor enhancements, mentor junior consultants, and participate in on-call support.

Requirements

• Legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand required; no sponsorship.
• Strong functional experience in SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba support environments.
• Proven experience supporting live SAP environments focusing on stability and customer satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of source-to-pay processes and procurement best practices.
• Experience with integrated SAP S/4HANA and Ariba landscapes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Consulting or managed services background.
• Exposure to Digital Supply Chain domains like Inventory, Logistics, or Finance integration.
• SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA Procurement certifications.
