What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions on live gaming operations, specifically for Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous skill development.
• Adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
• Collaborate with management to update and improve training programs based on operational needs.
• Act as a role model for product knowledge and professional communication.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Live Casino Dealer or in a training/mentoring role within the gaming industry.
• Strong expertise in live casino games (Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat).
• English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to coach others in a professional or instructional setting.
• High School Diploma (University Degree is a plus).
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania, for onsite work.
