What you will do

• Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions.
• Process, prioritize, and distribute incoming queries from clients and users.
• Provide professional customer support via phone.
• Assist with internal departmental tasks and workload as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Good command of the Turkish language (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• High level of computer literacy and confident use of internet-based tools.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial market trading.
• Previous experience in technical customer support.
