What you will do
- Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions.
- Process, prioritize, and distribute incoming queries from clients and users.
- Provide professional customer support via phone.
- Assist with internal departmental tasks and workload as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good command of the Turkish language (written and spoken).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- High level of computer literacy and confident use of internet-based tools.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and logically.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial market trading.
- Previous experience in technical customer support.
- Degree in Computer Science.
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
