What you will do

• Support middle office and operations activities for the derivatives business unit.
• Calibrate trading parameters and maintain product specifications.
• Execute structured workflows to ensure alignment across regional and global teams.
• Monitor daily operational tasks to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with trading, product, tech, and risk stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, or trading support.
• Basic understanding of derivatives products and trading concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Dubai, UAE.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across global teams.
