What you will do

• Conduct telephonic follow-ups, monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and provide medication administration including injections, IVs, and infusions.
• Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, pain management, cardiac assessments, and general nursing care during home visits.
• Educate and counsel patients, families, and caregivers on treatments, care management, and mental status assessment.
• Report adverse events, product complaints, and changes in patient health per regulations and client requirements.
• Maintain electronic patient files, prepare monitoring and quality assurance reports, and handle administrative duties.
• Liaise with hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and program managers to support enrolled patients.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Nursing required; at least 2 years experience in healthcare settings.
• Must provide local health authority license or eligibility letter, Good Standing Certificate (not older than 6 months), and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Excellent command of English; clinical nursing knowledge in direct patient care.
• Familiarity with nursing equipment like ECG, spirometry, and monitors.
• Complete pharmacovigilance, pharma, and product training.
