What you will do
- Assist in managing Patient Support Programs by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollment.
- Educate patients and coordinate seamless enrollment processes while maintaining accurate patient files.
- Accompany team on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites and ensure efficient medication delivery.
- Prepare reports on program performance, update electronic records, and handle administrative duties using Patient Management System.
- Report adverse events, complete required trainings, and comply with laws, regulations, and internal SOPs.
- Support governance, operational monitoring, and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in medical background or social work.
- 0-1 year experience in healthcare, scientific field, or NGO.
- Experience in customer service management.
- Ability to travel frequently and flexibility in working hours.
- Based in regional office in Al Dokki, Cairo, Egypt.

- Experience in data monitoring and management.
