TL;DR

Patient Care Lead (Healthcare): Supporting and managing Patient Support Programs by coordinating services, ensuring timely enrollment, and providing guidance throughout patients' treatment journeys with an accent on removing barriers to care and expanding global access strategies. Focus on maintaining accurate patient files, reporting adverse events, and overseeing team operations for compliant and efficient program delivery.

Location: Based in Dokki, Giza regional office with frequent travel to clients and partners, possibly outside the designated region.

What you will do

  • Assist in managing Patient Support Programs by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollment.
  • Educate patients, coordinate services, and maintain accurate electronic records using the Patient Management System.
  • Accompany team on field visits to healthcare providers and pharmacies to support program implementation.
  • Prepare reports on program performance, conduct quality assurance, and monitor patient safety data.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, conduct meetings, and resolve patient issues promptly.
  • Report adverse events, ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs, and perform administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Degree in scientific or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in healthcare, scientific field, or NGO ideal.
  • Experience in data monitoring, logistics/supply chain, or customer service management advantageous.
  • Flexibility for frequent travel and varying working hours essential.
  • Competencies in job knowledge, quality concern, adaptability, dependability, and teamwork.
