Location: Muscat, Oman (Must be based in the regional office)

What you will do

  • Manage Patient Support Programs by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring timely patient enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records according to project standards and quality assurance metrics.
  • Coordinate the efficient delivery of medications and provide compassionate guidance to patients.
  • Conduct field visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and support sites to ensure program implementation.
  • Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with international standards and internal SOPPs.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to subordinates and new team members to ensure smooth integration.

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in healthcare, scientific fields, or NGOs.
  • Proven experience in customer service management.
  • Ability to travel frequently to clients and partners, potentially outside the designated region.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential.

  • Experience in data monitoring and management.
  • Experience coordinating logistics and supply chain.
